DOUCET
GLOBAL STRATEGIES

Strategic advisory for owners, boards, and senior leadership navigating complex decisions.
We accompany decision‑makers when financial, organizational, regulatory, or cross‑border complexity materially affects outcomes — across the lifecycle of major decisions, including transactions, growth initiatives, and periods of transformation.
Our role is to provide clarity, perspective, and independent judgment, while supporting leaders as situations evolve and additional expertise is brought in when appropriate.
How We Work
Doucet Global Strategies operates under an advisory‑led model focused on accompaniment and independent judgment. We support owners, boards, and senior leadership teams when financial, organizational, governance, regulatory, or cross‑border complexity materially affects decision quality and outcomes.
Our role is not to replace internal teams or specialist advisors. Rather, we serve as a trusted counterpart who helps leaders frame options, test assumptions, surface trade‑offs, and maintain strategic coherence as facts evolve. We remain engaged across the lifecycle of major decisions—before, during, and between formal processes—so leaders benefit from continuity of perspective over time.
Where specialized legal, tax, accounting, or operational expertise is required, we help identify and coordinate the right professionals, ensuring the work remains aligned with the underlying decision logic, governance expectations, and long‑term objectives. Throughout the engagement, we stay focused on decision integrity, risk awareness, and clarity—so leadership teams can move forward confidently as complexity unfolds.

About Us
Founded by Jason Doucet, CPA, Doucet Global Strategies is an independent strategic advisory firm supporting organizations facing complex and consequential decisions. The firm works with owners, boards, and senior leadership teams when financial, organizational, governance, regulatory, or cross‑border considerations materially affect decision‑making.
Jason brings over two decades of experience across multinational operating environments, professional services, and senior advisory roles. His background includes leadership and advisory mandates within international organizations, as well as experience in professional services environments, including at a Big Four firm. This experience informs a practical, judgment‑driven approach to navigating complexity in real‑world decision contexts.
Jason is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master’s degree in International Business (Distinction) from the University of Birmingham, completed at the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM). This combination of operating experience and academic rigor shapes how risk, governance expectations, and strategic trade‑offs are assessed in complex environments.
While globally informed, the firm’s work is guided by the specific context and challenges facing each organization. Doucet Global Strategies supports leadership teams and boards seeking independent strategic insight when decisions carry long‑term implications and require clarity, perspective, and sound judgment.

When Clients Typically Engage Us
Clients typically engage Doucet Global Strategies when leadership teams are facing decisions where complexity, uncertainty, and long‑term consequences intersect — often without a clear playbook.
This includes situations where:
⩥ a transaction, succession, or major investment decision involves cross‑border, regulatory, or structural considerations
⩥ international operations, financing arrangements, or ownership structures introduce competing legal, tax, and governance perspectives
⩥ an active process is underway and evolving facts require decisions to be reframed, revisited, or challenged
⩥ boards and executives need an independent advisor to remain engaged as assumptions are tested and trade‑offs emerge
Our role is to accompany decision‑makers throughout these situations, providing continuity of judgment before, during, and between formal processes, while coordinating with other professional advisors as needed.
Across these situations, clients value the continuity of judgment we provide as assumptions are tested, new information emerges, and trade‑offs become clearer over time. We help leadership teams stay grounded in the decision logic, maintain alignment across stakeholders, and coordinate effectively with other advisors when additional expertise is required.
Organisations We Advise
We support organizations where the scale, complexity, or consequences of decisions require senior‑level judgment and an independent perspective. This typically includes founder‑led and family‑owned businesses, mid‑market and multinational companies, investors and private equity firms, and boards—particularly when navigating transactions, cross‑border exposure, governance challenges, or periods of transformation.
Our role is defined not by the type of organization, but by the complexity of the decisions leadership and boards must make.

Services
Our advisory work spans the following areas, which represent recurring contexts where senior‑level judgment and independent perspective are required.
These are not transactional services delivered in isolation. Rather, they reflect the situations in which organizations and leadership teams engage us to support complex decisions, navigate uncertainty, and maintain strategic coherence over time.
The scope and form of our involvement are tailored to each situation and may evolve as circumstances change, in coordination with internal teams and other professional advisors where appropriate.
These service areas are delivered as part of an integrated advisory relationship focused on continuity of judgment and decision quality over time.
