Founded by Jason Doucet, CPA, Doucet Global Strategies is a consulting firm focused on delivering strategic guidance to organizations operating across borders. With expertise in international business, cross-border taxation, and governance, Jason provides high-level advisory services tailored to the needs of multinational corporations, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and institutional investors.

He holds a Master’s in International Business (Distinction) from the University of Birmingham, completed at the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM). The Birmingham Business School is among the top 1% of business schools worldwide with Triple Crown Accreditation (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS), and the program is recognized by the Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade for its relevance to global trade and strategy.
Jason has gained extensive experience working within large multinational corporations—both public and private—as well as within leading professional services firms. He has held senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Tax and Treasury, and previously worked at EY, one of the Big Four firms, where he specialized in audit, tax, risk advisory, internal controls, and international projects. This executive-level experience and technical expertise form the foundation of the services offered by Doucet Global Strategies, including international tax strategy, treasury optimization, regulatory compliance, finance transformation, governance, global expansion, enterprise risk management, and strategic advisory for leaders navigating complex, multicultural environments.
His volunteer work in Africa and academic background further strengthen his ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments. This unique blend of professional credentials, field experience, and collaboration with global institutions enables Doucet Global Strategies to offer global perspective, intercultural insight, and the ability to engage specialized partners to meet clients’ strategic needs.
